- Realistic valuations
- Ability to achieve positive cash flow in the near term
- Technology is an advantage for the business, but not the single capability or focus.
- Geography: US and Canada
Growth Capital
We actively partner with entrepreneurs to provide the capital and operational advice needed to grow the business. We make direct majority or significant minority investments and require board representation.
Investment Criteria
- Businesses with $2 – 7 million EBITDA
- Strong management team
- Use of capital:
- Buyout with new management team
- Organic growth, such as building sales team or developing new products
- Strategic tuck-in acquisitions
- Industries that are growing, but fragmented, with the opportunity to create a leadership position
- Business will generate cash flow and reasonable return does not rely on an exit
- Geography: US and Canada
